MAIL YOUR ARTWORK

Mailing Digital Media (3.5" Floppy, CD (ROM or DVD) or Zip Disk:

• Save artwork in an acceptable format (scroll down for acceptable formats)
• Please include in the letterl a list of your preferred Colors

• Include In letter: Company Name, Contact Name, phone number, fax number, shipping address, and billing address.
• We suggest you call Cassel Promotions Customer Service to confirm receipt of your mailed artwork. 1-800-729-7769.

Mailing Printed Logos: Include CRISP, CLEAR, FULL color copy or LASER printed Camera Ready artwork.

• Corel Draw (CDR versions 11.0 or lower)
  • All fonts must be converted to curves
  • Prefer that all outlines be converted to objects
  • Attach a GIF, JPG, or TIF verson to match against received vector artwork.
• Adobe Illustrator (AI versions 10.0 or lower)
  • All Fonts must be converted to outlines
  • MAC File must be saved in PC format
  • Outline all strokes
  • Attach a GIF, JPG, or TIF verson to match against received vector artwork.
• Macromedia Freehand (FH10 or lower)
  • All fonts must be converted to paths
  • MAC files must be saved in PC format
  • Attach a GIF, JPG, or TIF verson to match against received vector artwork.
• EPS File
  • Preferred to contain vector graphics.

Secondary Preferred Formats:

• Microsoft Word (2002 or lower)
  • Please include True Type Fonts with e-mail. Mac Fonts are not acceptable. If we do not have your fonts in our system we will not be able to recreate your artwork precisely.
• Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
  • Fonts must be converted to Curves (preferred) or Embedded in Document.
  • Attach a GIF, JPG, or TIF version to match against received vector artwork.
